I’m Barb Tooker and I’m a writer based in North San Diego County. I am not the retiring type; I am the refurbishing type and I’m doing what I love. My wealth of experience as a writer, teacher, librarian, administrator, business owner, non-profit C.E.O., facilitator, politician (the good kind), and community builder has prepared me for this very moment!
